Stone Arch Doorstop
An Architectural Detail, Down to Earth.
Not every useful object needs to disappear into the background. Stone Arch gives the familiar doorstop a sculptural outline: a rounded arch rising from a low base, with an open center that lets the room show through.
The charcoal-gray color keeps the shape understated. Thick sides frame the opening, while softened edges carry the curve around the top. It is a freestanding piece with a clear silhouette, designed to bring a more considered look to a practical spot near a suitable interior door.

Solid Lines, Open Space
The outer curve and the smaller inner opening follow the same upward movement. A low, rounded rectangular base joins the two sides below, giving the arch a horizontal foundation. Seen from an angle, the depth of the sides becomes part of the design.
Stone Arch is the product's design name, not a statement that it is made from natural stone. Its appeal is the stone-inspired appearance and architectural form rather than a decorative print or a visible mechanism.
- A charcoal-gray arch with a rounded central opening.
- Thick sides and a gently curved top.
- A low base with rounded outer corners.
- A freestanding design without a wedge or wall fitting.
Check the Door and the Surface First
A doorstop's suitability depends on the door, floor and forces acting on it. No door-weight rating or universal floor compatibility is specified. Before relying on Stone Arch, check that it sits flat and can remain stable in the particular position you intend to use.
Use only on a clean, dry, level surface. Keep hold of the door while placing the stop and check the arrangement gently. If the stop slides, rocks, tips or fails to remain in position, do not rely on it for that door or location.
Place It, Do Not Kick It Into Position
With the door held still, lower the stop upright beside the door's lower face in a position outside the walking route. Keep fingers and toes clear of moving edges and pinch points. Do not put the arch around a door edge or force the base underneath the door.
Let the door meet the stop gently while you remain in control of it. Never swing or slam a door against the arch. The opening is part of the silhouette, not an attachment that locks onto the door.

A Small Part of the Room's Arrangement
Picture resetting a room after a quiet afternoon. You choose the door position, place the arch carefully and check that the surrounding floor remains clear. Against pale wood, the charcoal outline becomes a small accent at floor level.
When the door no longer needs the stop, you hold the door, lift the arch away and put it somewhere it will not obstruct movement. Giving it a designated storage spot keeps it from becoming an unexpected object underfoot.

Quiet Contrast, Without a Theme
The dark gray works alongside cream walls, pale doors and natural timber. The opening keeps the shape visually lighter than a closed block, while the broad curve adds interest among the straight lines of skirting boards and door frames.
There is no need to repeat the arch throughout the room. One clearly placed object can supply the curved detail. Keep nearby floor space uncluttered so the form remains visible and people can see where it is.
Know Where Not to Use It
Do not use Stone Arch to hold open a fire door, obstruct an escape route or interfere with a door that must close automatically. It is not a security device, child-safety product or a guarantee against a door closing.
Avoid windy or draught-prone situations, heavy or forcefully closing doors and any location where movement could make the stop a hazard. Keep it away from children and pets, and do not leave it where someone could trip over it.
Do not assume that the base is non-slip or that it cannot mark a surface. Check suitability in a discreet area and lift the stop to reposition it rather than dragging it across the floor.
Lift, Clear, Reset
Control the door before removing the stop. Lift the arch securely, supporting it as needed, and place it down gently away from traffic. Do not carry it with loose objects threaded through the opening or use it as a hook, step or support for another item.
Wipe the outside, inner curve and base with a soft dry cloth. Clear any grit from the contact surface and check the floor underneath before placing it back. Avoid abrasive cleaning tools, impacts and direct heat; follow any additional care instructions supplied with the product.
A rounded outline, an open center and a grounded charcoal shade. Stone Arch brings a little architectural character to an everyday household detail.
