Ripple Fold Sink Caddy
Finish the Dishes. Reset the Sink. π
The plates are clean, the last glass is rinsed and the kitchen is almost ready for tomorrow. What remains is the small collection beside the tap: a sponge, a brush and the question of where to put them. Ripple Fold gives those everyday tools a defined place, bringing a sculptural slate-blue shape to the working side of your kitchen.
Rather than hiding everything in a deep container, the design creates two visibly different zones. A low front tray keeps a sponge accessible, while a taller cylindrical pocket provides a separate space for a dish brush. Between them, a curved fold rises like a small wave, connecting the practical layout with a distinctive silhouette.

Two Zones, One Simple Routine
- Reach for the sponge. Keep the tool you use for everyday wiping in the open front tray. Its low rim makes the storage area easy to see without looking into a tall cup.
- Give the brush a separate spot. Use the rear pocket for a brush that fits comfortably inside it. Keeping the tools in different areas makes their positions clear at a glance.
- Return each tool after washing. A consistent place for both items makes the final kitchen reset less of an afterthought.

Choose tools that fit without forcing them into either compartment. Brush shapes and sponge sizes vary; leave enough room to remove them comfortably and avoid crowding the holder with extra items.
Look Closer at the Fold
The front section begins as a rounded rectangular tray. Its back rises into a smooth curve, then folds downward beside the taller pocket. This wave-like transition is the detail that gives Ripple Fold its name. It adds depth and shadow to an otherwise single-color object, letting the shape do the decorative work.
Four narrow slots run through the front tray. The open top leaves the sponge visible, while the rear cylinder gives the brush area a different height. Rounded edges and a muted blue-gray palette bring the two sections together without contrasting trim or a printed pattern.
- Open front compartment for a suitably sized sponge.
- Tall rear pocket for a compatible dish brush.
- Four visible openings through the front tray.
- Wave-shaped divider and a coordinated slate-blue exterior.
The Part of Tidying That Often Gets Missed
Imagine clearing the dishes after dinner. You rinse the sponge, return it to the front tray and put the brush back in its own pocket. Then you wipe the counter around the caddy. That small sequence gives the cleaning tools the same attention as the dishes themselves.

The caddy does not need to hold every cleaning supply in the kitchen. Let it organize a small, useful selection instead. Keep larger bottles elsewhere if they make the area feel crowded, and leave space between the holder and the sink edge so you can work comfortably.
A Cooler Note Beside Warm Wood or Pale Stone
Slate blue offers a quieter alternative to a bright accent color. Against a pale counter, the folded outline stands out clearly. Alongside wood, the cooler tone creates contrast without introducing a busy pattern. Pair it with simple accessories and let the difference in heights become the visual detail.
Keep the Holder in Your Cleaning Routine
Remove the sponge and brush before cleaning the caddy. Check both storage areas and the front slots for residue, rinse away buildup and wipe the exterior. Empty remaining water and clean the counter beneath the holder before putting it back. Storage does not replace regular cleaning or the care your sponge and brush require.
Ripple Fold is for the everyday pause between finishing a task and leaving the room ready for the next one. A place for the sponge, a place for the brush and a little more intention beside the sink.
Sponges, brushes and other styling accessories shown are not included.
